MEET PASTOR BARCKHOLTZ

Rev. Steve Barckholtz was installed on June 7, 2015.  He, his wife, Wendy, and Zane, 15 and Mallory,10, came from Hailey, ID.  He has served in Mammoth Lakes, CA, Elko, NV and Hailey, ID.

Steve was born into a Christian family of Lutheran school teachers - Art & Marge Barckholtz.  He was attending Concordia College, Seward, NE when he met his wife Wendy Lierman (parents Lyle & Judy).

Steve is an avid reader & sports lover.  Wendy loves gardening, photography and music.  Zane loves baseball and is a sophomore at Filer High School.  Mallory is a gymnast, dancer and a 4th grader at Clover Christian School.

Steve is the author of THE Hero of Faithfulness: God's Attributes on Display in Hebrew 11. He is currently working on a 2nd book, tentatively entitled One Hit Wonders of the Bible.

Steve's favorite Bible passage is Ephesians 3:20-21: "To [God} who is able to do immeasurably more that all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever!"
